Refunds to original payment are subject to a 15% restocking fee & customer is responsible for shipping items back.
Made to order items are non-refundable unless there are defects or an error made on our end, however, if you have any issues with your order please reach out and you will always be accommodated as best as possible.
There is a 5-day return policy window, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. Any returned items may incur up to a 15% shipping/restock fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@astraldyes.com. If your return is accepted, you will be required to pay for all return shipping supplies and fees. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any costs or fees associated with an improper return will be the buyers responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and reach out immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
